Sectarianism is one of the most common problems facing the Lebanese society, and it causes deep intellectual and societal conflicts that can differentiate between the people. Therefore, the initiative “I’m like you” was established to reject sectarian fanaticism and work to promote and implement dialogue and coexistence in order to build a strong country for all.
The initiative mainly relies on conducting awareness campaigns through social media and the internet by publishing content that promotes peace and social inclusion values and sheds light on the problem of intolerance that Lebanon suffers from, and creates innovative solutions by producing media content to influence people and try to change the society.
